"I began receiving Bowen treatments with Helen Philip in 1997 having been involved in a serious road accident. I was in a coma for several weeks and I am now head injured and wheelchair reliant. Straight after my accident, I received physio from the NHS. This was painful and of little use. I started seeing Helen four months after my accident and on the first session she successfully managed to release my left arm from the locked position that physiotherapists had previously been unable to free. I have continued to have treatments on a monthly basis and so have become increasingly more supple and strong. In addition to this I find my treatment extemely relaxing, which is very beneficial in itself, and plan to continue my regular therapy with Helen. I would recommend treatments with Helen Philp to anybody, and would be prepared to speak personally with anybody who needed reassurance."
