As well as being a Reiki teacher, I am a practitioner with more than a decade's experinece in complementary healthcare with qualifications in the Bowen Technique, Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Technique and Indian Head Massage. In addition I became an accredited Journey Therapist in 2001.  I also incorporate the Bach Flower Remedies and Bailey Flower Essences into consultations if and as appropriate. I have attended numerous courses and workshops in a range of subjects which include homeopathy, crystals, Aura Soma, NLP, neurological conditions, apitherapy and several other related topics. I have and continue to work on my own healing and personal development and in May 2008 am attending training in Ho'oponopono is the U.S.

With more than 30 years experience as a professional trainer (initially in the corporate field, then within my own training computer consultancy) I then spent a few years bringing new people into the world before becoming involved in complementary healthcare. I particularly enjoy running training courses and have developed a specialised Trainer Skills course for those offering workshops or training with the complementary, self development fields.

I am a member of the Embody Complementary Therapists Association and also a member of The Bowen Therapy European Register.
